Yay team!
I’ve got matching bug bites in the exact same place on each foot.
Also on each thigh.
And also on each wrist.
Which leads me to the only logical conclusion.
The mosquitoes have formed a synchronized biting team.
I imagine the bugs in their glittery swim caps.
And the coaches yelling with their over-the-top, Friday-Night-Lights mania.
“All right Pests, on THREE! Jump, twirl, and BITE!”
And Team Pest does it on three because that’s what champions do.
I hope we win the playoffs.
I’ll still itch.
But a trophy might make it all worth it.
