Going For A Jog
I saw my physical therapist.
She says I can start some light impact exercises.
She suggested going for a jog.
It was kind of scary.
What if my knee collapses?
But it held up.
When I was done, I felt like jello.
It didn’t hurt, I’m just way out of practice.
I’m so excited!
I’ll give it a week before I remember how much I hate going for a jog.
